"Even though I like to do alot of my repairs myself, I took my 05 Yamaha Kodiak 450 in for some recall work, (tierod ends) the service dept. took real good care of my bike and had it out the same day without labor charges like other dealers in the area. The parts dept. are real good people and very knowledgeable about the parts they sell and are very kind people, one looks like he has a bad attitude, but he don't, thats just how he looks all the time (he's cool), lol. Keep up the good work guy & gals, ya'll have came a long way and it gets better everytime I walk in."

"i have bought lots of bikes from gary he alwas gives me a good deal and alwas trades fair also i have a fjr1300 and a vmax that is supdeup with all kinds of trickery come see it run at gulfport drag way 10.20 dial 128-132 speed lots of fun and a lot safer than the street raceing or high speed railing that is very dangerful ilove to ride gary sold me a husky 400 man you talk about power they had plenty 1973 model we all rode honda trail 90s for awhile till the huskys pentons macos hodaka and a few more they wher here at one time be safe keep at least one wheel on ground jock"

"I was in the area shopping around for a house and in the same time visiting my friend in picayune ms. my front tire on my 06 Hayabusa had a screw puncher, my friend refereed me to you guys on a Saturday! in Orlando, Florida is hard to fine someone to do tires on Saturday, if you do. you'll be waiting for hours. in you shop i was in and out in 45 min.
all you guys are real friendly, had good conversations with several people in the store, also good care from the technicians. Thanks for your hard work

"Where do I start, Gary, Angie, and James...Thats what I think anytime I hear anything about motorcycles, 4-wheelers, and now Jet Ski's even though they dont sell them and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. I have been through quite alot of different recreational vehicles since 2003 and they have been there the whole way pretty much. They always give me the best deal on my trade-ins and I never feel as though I was ripped off or was done wrong. They treat me great way up there in Picayune, MS at Cycle Shack and I plan on staying with them for a long long time."

"After having visited two other dealers in Laurel and Hattiesburg, I'm so glad I made the 2 1/2 trip to Cycle Shack. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and treated me like I was a person. Zero sales pressure. Loads of assistance. The warranty I got from them was perfect. I laugh as I pass the other dealers on my way to Cycle Shack. I will make all of my future purchases from these guys. The service dept. is superb. Flawless and they don't hold they're hands out grabbing for money as soon as you walk in the door. They explain in detail everything that was done to your bike. Of course then comes the bill, but, thats what they do for a living. Other dealerships need to take note as to how many bikes these guys are selling. Just look on the road and you'll see. Just look for the little Gold Circle on the bottom of the back fender. They are everwhere. Thanks guys."

"Out of all of the possibilitys of motorcycle dealership they have around I honestly musyt say that the 30 minute drive that I have to take to get to Picayune Cycle Shack is well worth it! The staff I have talked to and worked with are by far the most helpful, friendliest group of people I have ever had to deal with and especially this one guy/salesman Scott Carrier always goes above and beyond what he has to to help me and my friends out! "I recently purchased a 2005 Yamaha V Max from CycleShack. Having never been to this dealership before, and being as large as it is, I expected a strong sales presence. What I received was quiet, concerned, and professional assistance. Considering I haven't rode a bike in years, I asked some pretty dumb questions. They weren't treated that way by Scott, the salesman who walked me through the purchase. He even went to the extent of confirming various points with from other professionals at the dealership such as Vinny and Brian. No one pushed and there was no pressure. Everyone gave me space to make my own decisions based on their recommendations. I actually took several visits to make up my mind and at no time was I pressured to "make a deal". I felt then, as I do now, that while it is understood the dealer is there to make a profit, these gentlemen always treated me from the point of view of a rider and I sure can't gripe about the deal I got. They worked as a team so that no aspect of my purchasing experience was left to chance and I left the dealership feeling that this was definitely a place to do business and one to recommend to my friends (Which I have done). I will contine to do my motorcycle purchases through them."
